It's my mom's birthday today! She's 59 and a little down about getting older. Due to a number of reasons I think she's thinking too much about her own mortality. It's quite sad, but somehow I think I'll be the same way when I'm 59. See, I don't expect to live past 60. No reason other than I can't imagine life after the age of 60.

Anyhow, I digress, once again. The point is, today I will celebrate my mother's life, not her age.
